If you do not select both of these categories, we will not be able to send you notifications pertaining to your program (i.e. weather cancellations). We do not use this list for any marketing communications - you are solely subscribing to information related to the program(s) you register for.
Even if you plan to register a child under the age of 18 for our programming, please create a "household account" in your name. You can add your children as "household members" at a later step. You will not be able to create a "household" account in the name of somebody that is under the age of 18.
Adults: no medical information is required for those over the age of 18. Feel free to select "no medical information" below. If there's anything we should know to make your experience at PBCB more safe and successful, you may also feel free to make note of it. An emergency contact is required for all participants, regardless of age. If you are a full-time Cape resident, please select that option below - you will of course not be required to submit a report card if you're over the age of 18. (Sending in a report card is JUST for youth participants hoping to receive a local discount.)
Youth: you may add notes in the "medical information" section below if there is anything we should know to help your child have a safe, successful experience at PBCB. Otherwise, we are required to collect an updated physical as well as immunization record for all minors participating in our camp programs, per the Board of Health. These documents can be submitted to our office via email, even if you select "no medical information" at this stage. To be eligible for our local discount, please select "I am a full-time resident of Cape Cod" and email a copy of your child's most current report card from a local school to our office. To apply for a scholarship, please also contact our office once you have made your account.
Creating an account is a one-time event that allows you to utilize this system. It is not a registration by itself.

- Add other members of your household from the Account Members portion of your account.
- You can now make registrations and other purchases using the site navigation.
