10:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Sandpiper Invitational - Sandpiper Invitational Sunday Cruise CREW MEMBER Sunday September 7th 10 am Pleasant Bay Community Boating's 3rd Annual Sandpiper Invitational will be held the weekend of September 5th-7th. Sandpiper sailors/owners and their boats are welcome! The entrance fee is $50.00 per race participant. Email Leahys@pbcb.cc with any questions.We will facilitate launching visiting boats at Round Cove on Friday evening from 4-7 PM. We will run 5-6 races on Saturday, starting at 9 AM with a skippers' meeting. Boxed lunches will be provided. Food, entertainment, and a party on the bluff will begin at 4:30 PM Saturday. We will take a friendly cruise around Pleasant Bay and Little Pleasant Bay on Sunday morning, start time TBD, but sometime around 10 AM. We will help facilitate towing, de-rigging and hailing of visiting boats following the cruise.Dinner on Saturday evening is open to non-racers that want to join the Sandpiper Celebration. Tickets are available for $25/person for dinner/party-only.There are currently no PBCB boats available for this event.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM	Celebrate our Waters on Pleasant Bay - Celebrate our Waters Sailing Experience Saturday September 13th at 9:30am Join us on Saturday September 13th, 2025, as we help The Orleans Pond Coalition Celebrate our Waters.Pleasant Bay Community Boating will be offering sailing experiences on Pleasant Bay.  A one hour sail with an experienced skipper. Pre Registration is required.  Located at Pleasant Bay Community Boating, 2287 Rt 28 on the Orleans/Brewster/Harwich line. Registration will open to Orleans Pond Coalition Members on August 25th at 10:00am. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants are required to wear a life jacket, PBCB will have plenty on hand. This is a free event courtesy of PBCB but donations are always welcomed to support our mission of making boating and marine education along with environmental stewardship of Pleasant Bay possible.Pleasant Bay Community Boating (etapestry.com)
