Were you following Suzanne's big catboat adventure? We certainly were! Suzanne Leahy is PBCB's past Catboat Program Director and now Board member, who kicked off her retirement the right way - with a big sail!
Join us for this special event: Suzanne will share her dream of spending a summer sailing away on her 18' Marshall Sanderling Frances. She’ll speak on what it took to prepare the boat for a summer of cruising, navigating the unexpected (weather, especially!), and securing the basics like a shower or laundry.
Enjoy light fare, local "sips", and re-connecting with the PBCB community beyond the sailing season. There will be plenty of time for questions and mingling.
This event will be held in the Hillside classroom on PBCB's campus. We've got accessible parking spots adjacent to the classroom doorway for anybody that needs them - staff will be available to help with parking. Otherwise, please park in the gravel lot and proceed up to the classroom.
