Tackling the race to Alaska with Adam Cove Register View Cart

Join us Friday May 1st at 5:30pm as we welcome Adam Cove .In June 2024 Adam successfully completed the 750-mile Race To Alaska solo, sailing his 18-foot Marshall Catboat Wily Wildcat. He finished in 10 days, 22 hours, and 26 minutes, setting a record as the fastest single-handed mono hull under 20 feet. 

Adam Cove is a naval architect and marine engineer. He has worked across the marine industry as a yacht designer, boat builder,rigger and sail maker. He currently operates as president of Cove Marine Consulting as well as a technical editor for SAIL Magazine  and the president of Sail America.

Adam grew up sailing the south coast of Cape Cod and captained his high school and college sailing teams.
