Introduction to Opti Racing:
$2,250/8-week season, Ages 8+
M-F 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
This class prepares students to independently rig, skipper,
and race. Students should already be very comfortable
on a sailboat, as Optis are single-handed vessels that are
supervised by a nearby powerboat. We recommend multiple
weeks of Flying Scot and/or Sunfish classes, or equivalent
experience from another organization.

Opti Race Team:
$2,250/8-week season*, Ages 8+
M-F 12:30 to 3:30 PM
This class builds upon basic racing techniques and prepares
students to compete in local regattas, if they choose. Students
should be able to rig and sail their Optis independently. To
participate in this course, your sailor should have taken a
summer of Beginner Opti Racing or have similar experience
from another organization.
*Additional regatta entry and coaching fees apply.
