Anyone wishing to rent a Flying Scot or  a Catboat must complete and pass a skills check with a member of PBCB's waterfront staff. This is mandatory for all first time participants.
Our Waterfront staff will be checking to see that you are able to rig the boat, sail the boat, make a mooring and de rig the boat.
